If there are moving teeht, we can save and stabilise them. We should prepare and cover them with crowns, and join them together. The missing teeth can be hold by these neighbour crowns. Now we have a new technology - Zirkonzahn - in our dental Clinic. These new zirconium crowns do not contain metall, so therefore the aesthetics of these crowns is silmilar to the normal teeth, with time it will be no matall selvedge, like by the metall-porcelain crowns.
Thanks to the strength of the zirconium - oxide we only have to use minimal preparation, there is no need to remove unnecessary healhy tooth meterial!
